    • A fully individualized training program

  • Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your coaching tier at any time. If you start with Essentials and want more support, it's easy to move to Advanced or Elite. Likewise, if your schedule changes, you can scale back.

  • Yes — nutrition coaching is available as an add-on or standalone service. It includes structured guidance, weight-class management, check-ins, and education on performance nutrition. Perfect if you’re cutting, bulking, or want to dial things in for competition.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email right away with onboarding steps. You’ll fill out a form to tell me about your training history, goals, and schedule. Within 48 hours, you’ll get access to the app, your first training block, and we’ll book your first check-in to kick things off.
